1. Earn Extra Travel Points for Lyft Accounts

For every Lyft ride you take, you can earn extra travel points for your choice of rewards program. Lyft currently partners with Delta SkyMiles (2x per dollar) ending soon, Hilton Honors (3x per dollar), Alaska Mileage Plan (2x per dollar), and Bilt Rewards (2x per dollar). Simply go to the rewards tab in your menu, choose "Loyalty Rewards," and link multiple partners—then switch between them as needed. If you are a Chase Customer, you can get 5x back with your card, so you can get a minimum of 7x per dollar for your rides.

2. Uber Accounts

Did you know you can link your Uber account with Marriott? Every time you order an Uber Comfort or higher, you can accumulate points. For Uber Eats, I believe the threshold to earn points is a minimum of $25. You get double the points when you take an Uber to a Marriott property or order Uber Eats to your Marriott hotel. However, I think this perk only applies to U.S. customers. If you're from another region, let me know what perks are available!

3. Starbucks

When you're ordering your favorite pumpkin spice latte, you can also earn points on top of the cashback from your credit card. Delta Skymiles and Marriot Bonvoy are partners. You can earn Double Stars on Delta travel days and miles when you reload $25 or more to your Starbucks Rewards account. For Marriott, you can earn 100 Marriott Bonvoy® points when you make three qualifying purchases at Starbucks during any Marriott Bonvoy® Week. Plus, earn double Stars at Starbucks on the days of eligible stays at hotels participating in Marriott Bonvoy.

4. Dining Programs

Before dining at a restaurant, make sure to link your credit or debit card to these dining programs. You can earn miles or hotel points when you sign up, dine at a participating restaurant, and start earning (On top of your credit card points). Some programs even offer extra points or miles when you write a review.

Here are a few that I often use:

By taking advantage of these rewards programs and linking them to your everyday purchases, you can rack up miles, hotel points, and cashback without any extra effort. From rideshares to dining out and even grabbing your favorite coffee, there are countless ways to maximize your points and stretch your travel budget. Whether you're flying, staying at hotels, or just enjoying a meal, don't miss out on these easy ways to earn rewards. Every point counts and could bring you one step closer to your next adventure!
