F.. me, I caved. I saw a 7-hour business class flight priced at just $658, and I thought—why not splurge a little and give my subscribers a review?

Now, full disclosure: I once said I would probably never fly JetBlue again. But at this price, I had to see if it was worth it.

Is It Worth It?

At $658, I’d say it’s an absolute steal. I’ve seen economy tickets priced this high for similar routes. For business class, I usually cap my willingness to pay at $165/hour for domestic first/business class lie-flat seats and $300/hour for international lie-flat seats.

For a 7-hour flight, I’d say JetBlue Mint is worth it at anything under $1,200.

Jetblue Mint Service Review

RJ, the flight attendant assigned to my section, was extremely attentive throughout the flight. I didn’t interact much with the other crew members, but the check-in process was seamless—the gate agent had my bags checked in and ready within three minutes.

Seating & Comfort

I love the seat configuration on this flight—it offers a great amount of privacy. The lie-flat seat was comfortable but felt a bit short. At 5'10" (178 cm), I could touch the footwall when fully stretched out, which might be an issue for taller passengers.

The bedding was solid, with long sheets and a comfortable pillow. JetBlue also has one of the most interactive touchscreen entertainment systems I’ve experienced, with a unique way of sorting content. However, there’s no small storage space like on some other airlines.

Food

Since this was a 6 AM flight, breakfast was served. Unfortunately, I slept through the meal selection process, so my options were limited. However, RJ still presented my meal nicely, even though it was just a croissant and orange juice.

Wi-Fi & Entertainment

Wi-Fi was free after watching an ad, which was a nice touch. The entertainment system was interactive and well-designed, though I didn’t get to explore all its features.

Overall Experience

For this JetBlue MInt Review has completely changed my opinion of JetBlue. I might start flying with them more often, especially given their growing list of East Coast to Europe routes.

I’d even say JetBlue Mint is better than United Polaris, except for one thing—Polaris lounges are really nice, and JetBlue doesn’t have a comparable lounge experience.

That said, their limited transfer partners and the difficulty of accumulating points for free flights remain a drawback. If they improved their loyalty program, I’d be even more inclined to fly with them regularly.
